I don’t make a lot of peanut butter treats anymore because my little guy is allergic to peanut butter. Every once and a while though, I get a serious craving for a peanut buttery treat–and no, a spoonful of peanut butter won’t do–that’s a daily sneak of mine (usually while Owen is napping). But last week during nap time I made myself a quick little treat that just hit the spot.
These Peanut Butter Granola Bites have 5 ingredients. Peanut butter, granola, sugar, vanilla and one egg. That’s it! And you just mix it all together, roll the dough into small little balls, and bake. You get these bite sized peanut butter cookies, loaded with granola to give them some extra crunch.

What does anyone do with a crunchy cookie? Dunk them in milk right? Well with these you can just drop right in to your milk, and eat like a bowl of cereal. Eat them for dessert, a snack, or heck, why not breakfast? Granola is breakfast food after all.
They are especially great for your kiddos that aren’t allergic to peanut butter as well, the perfect size for their little hands.
makes about a dozen and a half cookies
Mmm such a nice snack idea!
Looks like a yummy treat. I would totally eat them like cereal too.
I love peanut butter! Printing so I can try this soon.
You’re so creative! And they look delish.
Sounds delicious!! Oh yummm…
I would totally eat them in a bowl of milk! Making these very very soon!
This reminds me of these flour-less peanut butter cookies I used to make, except you added oats! My original recipe was just peanut butter and sugar, plus a little vanilla if you want. Bake, and it’d be a cookie without the flour! I suppose it makes sense to add oats to give it some roughage! I’m bookmarking this!
How many carbs is in the peanut butter granola bites and how many calories from fat.
Hi Robert, sorry I don’t include the nutritional info in my recipes.
